All products sold by Viora Bio are intended exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use by qualified scientific researchers. They are not approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals.

Viora Bio products are not medicines, drugs, food supplements, or cosmetics. They must not be administered to humans or animals, used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or used in any manner inconsistent with their research-use-only designation.

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are a qualified researcher or institution, that the products will be used solely for lawful scientific research, and that they accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

All sales are final subject to the returns policy set out in our Shipping Policy. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Viora Bio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon dispatch. Viora Bio is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Viora Bio collects personal information (name, email, shipping address, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., shipping carriers) or as required by law.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on Viora Bio servers. We retain order records for a minimum of seven years as required by Canadian tax law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@viorabio.com. We will respond within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viora Bio's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of its products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Viora Bio expressly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the misuse of its products, including any use inconsistent with the research-use-only designation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These products have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory body for safety, efficacy, or quality in human or veterinary applications. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Researchers are responsible for obtaining all necessary institutional approvals (e.g., ethics board, biosafety committee) before using these compounds in research protocols.

Export of these products may be subject to export control regulations. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export and import laws.
