Cold-Chain Integrity, Every Order

Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for transit, but we take no chances. Every order is packed to maintain compound integrity from our facility to your lab.

Packaging Standards

All peptides are shipped as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, labelled vials. Vials are packed in insulated mailers with desiccant to protect against humidity. Orders over a defined threshold include a cold pack for additional temperature assurance.

Crimp-sealed glass vials with tamper-evident caps.

Desiccant included

Silica desiccant in every shipment to prevent moisture ingress.

Discreet packaging

Plain outer packaging with no product branding or contents description.

Labelled for research

All vials carry research-use-only labelling and batch number.

European Union	DHL / DPD	7–14 business days	International tracked. Import duties and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.
United Kingdom	Royal Mail / DHL	7–12 business days	Post-Brexit customs declarations included. Import VAT may apply.
Australia & New Zealand	Australia Post / DHL	10–18 business days	Biosecurity declarations included where required. Recipient responsible for import compliance.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or with a discrepancy from the CoA, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customers outside Canada are responsible for ensuring that the importation of research peptides complies with applicable local laws and regulations. Viora Bio cannot be held liable for shipments seized or delayed by customs authorities. We recommend verifying import requirements with your institution's compliance office before ordering.
